The FS industrial park is located in Moon Lake Street, Dadong District, Shenyang, which belongs to Liaoning Provincial Key Development Zone Shenyang EU Economic Development Zone. The park is adjacent to Shenbei Road in the north and Moon Lake Street in the west, 52 kilometres from Taoxian Airport and 20 kilometres from Shenbei Aerospace Industrial Park. The park covers a total area of 2.99 hectares, with a total investment of RMB 64.5 million and a total building area of 16,000 square metres. It included one independent modern customised factory building and three buildings with ancillary facilities such as rubbish room and mailroom with about 50 parking spaces. The customised factory building is a single-storey steel structure with a height of 15.7 metres, and the ancillary living rooms adjacent to the factory building are 1-3-storey frame structures with heights ranging from 7.2 metres to 12.4 metres. The facade decoration is divided according to the scale of the plant, with the main plant adopting ivory white with navy blue coloured steel, and the ancillary living rooms adjoining the plant adopting light grey with dark grey paint finish. The park adopts 2 main entrances and exits, the west side along the 22-metre planning road to set up a main entrance for people and vehicle entrances and the south side along the 40-metre planning road to set up an entrance and exit for the transport vehicle entrances and exits. The whole park has complete supporting service facilities and a beautiful environment.
