Shenyang Foresight Industrial Park is located in the EU Economic Development Zone in Dadong District. It is the second phase of the FS Industrial Park. The park was put into use in 2009 and has been home to key enterprises in the national automobile industry. The nature of its production is auto parts, including injection molding, spray painting and other production processes. The park is located near Moon Lake Street. Such industrial parks with independent courtyards and single property rights are extremely rare in the local area. At present, the park is surrounded by high-end manufacturers that process automobile manufacturing and other products. The park will soon welcome downstream enterprises in the industrial chain of Shenbei Aerospace Industrial Park.

1. Electricity: 10KV high-voltage incoming line design is 4000 (first phase) + 1600KVA (second phase), and a dedicated 10KV switching station will be built.
2. Water supply: water in all the way.
3. Sewage: Domestic sewage is measured at 300 people/day; the factory area is equipped with domestic sewage pipelines and is connected to the municipal pipe network.
   Industrial wastewater is discharged according to Shenyang regional standards: there is an industrial wastewater storage pool: 5mx10mx3m, with a cover, and the pool is acid-resistant and protected.
4. Natural gas: The maximum demand is 500 cubic meters/hour (the actual application volume is calculated based on this), and the average gas consumption is supplied as a complete set of no more than 7,500 cubic meters/day. A natural gas pressure regulating station is set up and two outlets are provided.
