Windows: Single-frame double-glazed hollow-glass plastic-steel windows.
Doors: Two 3.6m(W)X4.2m(H) automatic turnstile lifting doors are installed in the plant.
Water supply: Pipe diameter DN20, made of PPR pipe.
Drainage: Pipe diameter DN100, made of UPVC pipe.
Fire-fighting: Pipe diameter DN100, made of galvanised steel pipe.
Electricity: power and lighting cables are connected to the main power supply box in each room.
Heating: reserved connection, pipe diameter DN100, made of welded steel pipe.

Doors: 48m span plant has two 3m wide swing doors; 36m span plant has two 2.4m wide swing doors.

Toilet: one toilet on each floor, with water and sewage connections reserved.
Telecommunication: cable introduced into the plant telecommunication box, 10 pairs of telephone lines reserved for each plant.
Water supply: 3 reserved interfaces, pipe diameter DN50, material PPR pipe.
Drainage: reserved interface, pipe diameter DN150, material for the UPVC pipe.
